A Sitrus Berry is a type of berry that heals 25% of a Pokémon's maximum HP when its HP falls below 50%. It can also be manually used inside and outside of battle. It can be obtained as a tier 2 special drop.

Natural generation
Sitrus Berry trees are naturally generated in some farms in plains villages.
