Resist Feather

The Resist Feather is a type of medicine that increases the Defence EV of a Pokémon by 1 if you right-click it, consuming the item upon use. It is also used to craft Iron in an Infuser. Resist Feather can be obtained via Headbutt or dropped by some Pokémon.
