Muscle Feather

The Muscle Feather is a type of medicine that increases the Attack EV of a Pokémon by 1 if you right-click it, consuming the item upon use. It is also used to craft Protein in an Infuser. Muscle Feather can be obtained via Headbutt or dropped by some Pokémon.
