Note: The inheritance of Abilities depends entirely on the Ability slot of the Pokémon rather than the Ability itself. If all Abilities are obtained legitimately and not edited with external NBT editing tools, this is not an issue, but improperly editing the Abilities of Pokémon without changing their Ability slots will cause breeding mechanics to use the original, unedited Ability when determining inheritance.
