Tower of Waters

A Tower of Waters is a five-floor structure that spawns rarely on Beach (Forge) biomes. It is one of the Towers of Two Fists, and it contains the Scroll of Waters, an item used to allow Kubfu to evolve into Rapid Strike Style Urshifu.

Evolving Kubfu

Kubfu evolves into Urshifu Rapid Strike Style by right-clicking on it at the top of the tower, in front of the Scroll of Waters. The evolution does not need to take place within the structure, and the scroll can be broken and placed elsewhere.

NPCs

Each floor of the tower has an NPC, most of them being trainers that will engage with the player on sight. The first floor has a level 80 trainer NPC, the second and third floors have a Common Boss trainer NPC, and the fourth floor has a Rare Boss trainer NPC. The fifth and final floor does not contain a trainer, but rather a Move Relearner NPC, for the convenience of teaching your Urshifu any moves from earlier levels upon evolving it.
