The Ilex Shrine is a shrine that spawns rarely in the Forest biome. The shrine is used in order to spawn the Legendary Celebi or special textures Celebi.
Right clicking on the Ilex Shrine with the respective type of Poké Balls will spawn the Pokémon and initiate the battle.
