Dry Skin

Dry Skin is an Ability that causes the Pokémon to take 25% extra damage from Fire-type attacks and heal 25% of its HP when hit by a Water-type attack. The Pokémon will also lose ⅛ of their maximum HP per turn if it is sunny and restore ⅛ of their HP each turn if it is raining.
