Power Lens

A Power Lens is a held item that can be given to a Pokémon. When a Pokémon holding the Lens defeats an opponent Pokémon, they will earn the normal EV gains from the opponent along with 4 extra Special Attack EVs. However, their speed will be halved while wearing the Lens. It is occasionally dropped by Boss Pokémon.

Bugs

The power items don't give extra EVs.
