Choice Scarf

The Choice Scarf is a held item that boosts the speed of the Pokémon holding it by 50%, but the Pokémon holding it can only use the first move selected in battle. It can only be obtained as a rare drop from Boss Pokémon.

Bugs

The Choice Band, Choice Scarf, and Choice Specs will apply their respective buffs to the Pokémon using them, but they don't force the Pokémon to only use the first move used in battle.
