• Added /breed cooldown notification system, enabled and disabled via /breeding by the player and by the config option to disable it altogether.

• Added /pokecolor, /xpmod, /pokexp, /pokereset and /pokerestart
• Added a config option for Minecraft to Pixelmon experience conversion

Tweaks

• Added some missing logging of errors in /wiki

Fixes

• /breeding [false] now disables the notification.
• /pheal no longer throws an error.
