Big Root

A Big Root is a held item that increases the health gained from moves that drain health. This does not increase the damage dealt by these moves. It can be obtained as a tier 2 special drop.

If a Pokémon holds a Big Root, the following moves are affected by it:

• Absorb
• Aqua Ring
• Drain Punch
• Dream Eater
• Ingrain
• Leech Life
• Leech Seed
• Mega Drain
