A Soothe Bell is a held item that increases the amount of happiness gained by one for every action that normally raises happiness. Its effects stack with the effects of a Luxury Ball. A Soothe Bell can be obtained as a drop from Boss Pokémon or as loot from PokéLoot Chests.
