Poison Puppeteer is an ability that causes an opponent to become confused if poisoned by the user. This can not be triggered by Toxic Spikes.
The Pokémon must be Pecharunt for this ability to work. It can not be exchanged with Skill Swap and will fail if attempted. Power of Alchemy also can not copy Poison Puppeteer.
It is the signature ability of Pecharunt.
