Sea Incense

A Sea Incense is a type of incense that can be held by a Pokémon to raise the power of the holder's Water-type moves by 20%. It also must be held by a breeding Marill or Azumarill to produce an Azurill Egg; otherwise, the Egg will hatch into a Marill. It can be crafted in the Infuser or obtained as a tier 2 special drop.
