A Never-Melt Ice is a held item that increases the power of the holder's Ice-type moves by 20%. It can be obtained as a tier 2 special drop. It can also be obtained as a drop or held item from certain wild Pokémon, Max Raid Battles, and can be obtained from chests found on Magikarp Boats, Quartz Boats, and Wooden Boats.
