The Exp. Candies are items that were added into Pixelmon. Each Candy gives a set amount of experience points unlike Rare Candies, which always give enough exp to level up once. Exp. Candies can be obtained from certain boss Pokémon and Max Raid Battles.
Regular Boss
XS Exp. Candy - 100 exp.
S Exp. Candy - 800 exp.
M Exp. Candy - 3000 exp.
MegaBoss and ShinyMegaBoss
L Exp. Candy - 10000 exp.
XL Exp. Candy - 30000 exp.
