Psychic Seed

A Psychic Seed is a held item that boosts the holder's Special Defense in Psychic Terrain. If a Pokémon holds this item when entering a Psychic Terrain battlefield, the item will be consumed and activated. It will not be consumed if the holder has a max Special Defense stat stage. It can be obtained by using Forage, Headbutt, or rarely held by some Pokémon.
