Grassy Seed

A Grassy Seed is a held item that boosts the holder's Defense in Grassy Terrain. If a Pokémon holds this item when entering a Grassy Terrain battlefield, the item will be consumed and activated. It will not be consumed if the holder has a max Defense stat stage. It can be obtained by using Forage or rarely held by some Pokémon.
A grass or bug-type Pokémon can use forage on grass blocks for a chance to find a Grassy Seed.
