Starter Pokémon

A trainer's Starter Pokémon is the first Pokémon that a trainer is given to start being a Pokémon trainer. In Pixelmon, trainers are given a choice for their Starter Pokémon between:

Generation 1 Bulbasaur Charmander Squirtle Generation 2 Chikorita Cyndaquil Totodile Generation 3 Treecko Torchic Mudkip Generation 4 Turtwig Chimchar Piplup Generation 5 Snivy Tepig Oshawott Generation 6 Chespin Fennekin Froakie Generation 7 Rowlet Litten Popplio Generation 8 Grookey Scorbunny Sobble Generation 9 Sprigatito Fuecoco Quaxly

All of these Pokémon will be level 5 when obtained.

The choices for starter Pokémon and the level that they are obtained at can be changed in the Pixelmon config file if desired.

Trivia

• Both Pikachu and Eevee were formerly choices for starter Pokémon, but the options to choose them have since been removed.
