The Strong Shiny Lure is a craftable item that can be equipped in the players accessory slot. It is one of the Strong Lures, and is a stronger version of the Weak Shiny Lure.
When equipped, it will provide a 1.73x multiplier to the spawnrate for Shiny pokemon until it runs out.
