The Zygarde Cube is a craftable item that serves you to recollect Zygarde Cells and Zygarde Cores by right-clicking them with the Zygarde cube in your hand.
When the cube has ten Zygarde Cells then it'll be able to assemble Zygarde at its 10% form. If the cube has 50 cells then it'll be able to assemble Zygarde at its 50% form, and if the cube has 100 cells it'll be able to assemble Zygarde at its 50% form but with the ability Power Construct, which makes Zygarde become its 100% form but only when it is below half its HP in a battle.
All of this only in the Reassembly Unit.
Each Zygarde Core the cube collects is one more move to teach to Zygarde, in a total of five moves:
