A Electric Seed is a held item that boosts the holder's Defense in Electric Terrain. If a Pokémon holds this item when entering a Electric Terrain battlefield, the item will be consumed and activated. It will not be consumed if the holder has a max Defense stat stage. It can be obtained by using Forage, Headbutt, or rarely held by some Pokémon.
A Grass, Bug or Electric-type Pokémon can use forage on grass blocks for a chance to find a Electric Seed.
