A Fisherman is an NPC Water-type Trainer that uses Water-type Pokémon ranging from level 23-37. Fishermen have two possible outfits, although this difference is only aesthetic. They can be found in Beach, Cold Beach, Deep Ocean, Ocean, River, and Stone Beach biomes.
When defeated, a Fisherman has a 1100 chance of dropping a Good Rod and a 11000 chance of dropping a Super Rod.
