Some wild Pokémon drop items upon defeat. This is a list of what items are dropped by Pokémon. All items are dropped in quantities from 0-3.
- Apples: Snorlax
- Blaze Powder: Charmeleon, Charizard, Magmar, Quilava, Typhlosion
- Bones: Cubone, Marowak
- Diamonds: Dratini
- Eggs: Exeggcute, Exeggutor, Chansey
- Ender Pearls: Abra, Kadabra, Alakazam
- Feathers: Pidgey, Pidgeotto, Pidgeot, Spearow, Fearow, Doduo, Dodrio
- Glowstone Dust: Pikachu, Pichu
- Gold Nuggets: Meowth, Persian
- Gunpowder: Voltorb, Electrode
- Ink Sacs: Tentacool, Horsea, Seadra
- Iron Ingots: Magnemite, Magneton
- Leather: Tauros, Miltank
- Raw Beef: Tauros, Miltank
- Raw Fish: Magikarp, Chinchou, Lanturn
- Rotten Flesh: Zubat, Golbat
- Seeds: Oddish, Gloom, Vileplume
- Slimeballs: Grimer, Muk, Ditto

Boss Pokémon
Boss Pokémon drop several different items. The amount of items that are dropped depends on the difficulty of the Boss Pokémon.

- Held Items
- Medicine
- Hammers
- Orbs
