The Throat Spray is a held item that raises the user's Special Attack one stage if the user uses a sound-based move. The item is one-use only and will not be used if the move fails, or if the battle finishes.
This item is obtained by beating uncommon boss Pokémon and as tier 2 and tier 3 special drops.
