The mower is a decorative block. It can be opened in order to store 18 items inside of it. It can also be used to change the form of Rotom.
The Mower can be crafted.
Rotom Change
When a Rotom inside of a Poké Ball is thrown at the mower, it will become Rotom-Mow and it will learn the move Leaf Storm. Throwing Rotom at it again will revert it to it's regular form, or it can be thrown at a Furnace, Fan, Fridge or Washing Machine to revert to their respective forms. Doing this will cause Rotom to forget Leaf Storm, if known.
Trivia
The mower has an alternate recipe that stemmed from a disagreement with the team. The alternate recipe has TM:129/Johto TM:4 (Rollout) for wheels!
