A Rawst Berry is a Berry that can be given to a Pokémon to hold. If the holder is burned in battle, the Pokémon will consume the Berry, healing the burn without wasting a turn. It can also be manually used inside and outside of battle, although doing so in battle will use up the Pokémon's turn. {{It can be obtained by using Forage on leaves with a Grass- or Bug-type Pokémon, or as a tier 2 special drop.|2=1}}}

Rawst Berries can also be used to craft Burn Heals.
