This is a list of mods that conflict with Pixelmon when installed at the same time.
Crashing
Minecraft will crash if any of these mods are installed with Pixelmon:

- Equivalent Exchange
- ExtrabiomesXL
- Lumberjack
- More Player Models
- Pokécube
- Pokémobs
- Pokémon++
- Primitive Mobs
- Recipe Book
- Soul Shards: Reborn
- TerraFirmaCraft
- Timber!
Interface conflicts
These mods interfere with Pixelmon interfaces or vice versa.
- Galacticraft
- Just Enough Items
- Interferes with using battle menus if Just Enough Items's interface is enabled.
- Mine & Blade Battlegear 2
- Sword Art Online
Other conflicts
- Minecraft Comes Alive
- Arranger's ring recipe is the same as iron disc recipe.
- Technic launcher
- Prevents a starter Pokémon from being chosen and prevents Pixelmon features from functioning.
