Power items are held items that increase a Pokémon's certain EV stat after defeating a Pokémon, along with the regular EVs received; however, Speed is halved while holding one. Power items can be obtained as tier 3 special drops. All power items can be sold for 1,500.
If a Pokémon breeds while holding a power item, the Pokémon will always pass down a certain IV to the offspring, depending on the power item being held.
There are six power items in total, each one corresponding to a certain stat:
