A Premier Ball is a Poké Ball that has been specially made to commemorate an event of some sort. Premier Balls are unique in that they have particle effects when thrown. This is purely aesthetic–they have the same catch rate as normal Poké Balls.
The particle effect
Crafting
To craft a Premier Ball, a Premier Ball lid, a button, and an iron base or aluminium base are needed.
To craft a Premier Ball lid, two cooked White Apricorns and one cooked Red Apricorn are needed. Placing the three cooked Apricorns in a row horizontally in a crafting table, with the red one in the middle, will produce three Premier Ball discs, and then using them with an anvil and a hammer will make them into Premier Ball lids.
