Diamonds can be found rarely in caves like in vanilla Minecraft, but they can also be found as drops from wild Dratini, Dragonair, Boldore, and Sableye.
Diamonds are needed to craft the Healer, Itemfinder, Diamond Hammer, New Running Shoes, and gems.
