For information on Iron Ingots in vanilla Minecraft, see this page.
Iron Ingots can be obtained from smelting Iron Ore like in vanilla Minecraft, but they can also be obtained as drops from wild Magnemite and Magneton.
Iron Ingots are needed to craft a variety of different items in Pixelmon, including Healers, Anvils, Iron Discs, Iron Hammers, Wailmer Pails, and both types of Running Shoes.
