A Mystic Water is a held item that increases the power of the holder's Water-type moves by 20%. It can be obtained as a tier 2 special drop. It is also a drop from certain wild Pokémon and can be obtained from chests found on Magikarp Boats, Quartz Boats, and Wooden Boats.
