Key Stone

A Key Stone is an accessory that is required for a player to use Mega Evolution or Z-Moves. It is not a physical item; rather, it can be taken on or off from the inventory directly.

A Key Stone must be unlocked and worn for a player to Mega Evolve a Pokémon. If a player wears a Key Stone, a Pokémon owned by the player will be able to Mega Evolve in battle if it is holding its corresponding Mega Stone. If the Key Stone has not been unlocked, or if the player has unlocked the Key Stone but is not wearing it, Mega Evolution cannot be used.

Obtaining

By defeating a Mega Evolved boss Pokémon for the first time, the player will unlock the option to equip a Key Stone. Alternatively, this can be achieved by using the /megaring command. The player can then choose from several options of how to equip the key stone. Note that this choice is purely cosmetic, and can be changed at any time by un-equipping and re-equipping the key stone from the inventory.

• A Mega bracelet, which is visible on the player's left hand when it is worn
• A Mega Glasses, which are visible on the players face as sunglasses
• A Mega Anchor, which is visible around the players neck
• A Mega Tiara, which is visible on top of the players head
• The Boost Necklace, which is only available to players who have boosted the discord server and have their discord account linked to their forums account, as well as having their forums account linked with their minecraft account. This exclusive cosmetic appears around the players neck.
