A White Herb is a held item that restores the holder's stats if they are lowered (either externally inflicted or self-inflicted), being consumed upon use. It can also be manually used while in battle. It can be obtained as a tier 2 special drop. It is a possible drop from common boss Pokémon, and from certain wild Pokémon.
