A Shiny Charm is an accessory. It is not an item; rather, it can be seen directly from the player's inventory.

It can be obtained by completing the entire Pokédex by collecting at least one of every Pokémon available in Pixelmon.

It also increases the chance of shiny Pokémon appearing around the player as well as appearing through breeding from 1/4,096 to roughly 3/4,096 (about 1/1,365).

The command /shinycharm can also be used to obtain the charm through commands.
