A Soothe Bell is a held item that increases the amount of happiness gained by one for every action that normally raises happiness. Its effects stack with the effects of a Luxury Ball. It can be obtained as a tier 2 special drop. It is a possible drop from uncommon and rare boss Pokémon, and from certain wild Pokémon.
