A Weakness Policy is a held item that raises the holder's Attack and Special Attack by two stages when hit by a super effective move. The Weakness Policy is consumed when this occurs. It can be obtained as a tier 3 special drop. It is a possible drop from uncommon and rare boss Pokémon.

Before Reforged, this item had the following recipe. It was removed due to many held items being far too easy to make.
