Outrage | ||||||||||||||||||
|
Outrage is a damaging Dragon-type move that is used for 2-3 turns in a row. After the duration of the attack, the user will become confused. If the attack is interrupted due to reasons like Protect, missing, or full paralysis, the move will end, and the confusion will only occur if the move was going to end in that turn.
