Gyro Ball is a damaging Steel-type move that increases in power the slower the user is compared to the target. Its base power is calculated with the formula 25×Opponent's SpeedUser's Speed, with a maximum base power of 150 and a minimum base power of 25. It does not affect Pokémon with the Bulletproof Ability.
