Hurricane is a damage-dealing Flying-type move that has a 30% chance of confusing the opponent. If it is raining, Hurricane won't miss, while if it is sunny, Hurricane's accuracy is 50%. Hurricane can hit opponents in the first turn of Fly and Bounce.
