ItemFinder is a Pixelmon sidemod that adds certain Pixelmon items to chests generated in Minecraft structures such as dungeons and villages.

Installation
ItemFinder functions for Pixelmon version 4.0.7 and upwards. On servers, the mod is server-side and does not need to be installed by each individual player to be used.
Minecraft launcher
- Follow the instructions to install ItemFinder on the Pixelmon launcher.
- Click the "Browse to Profile Folder" button on the main menu of the Pixelmon launcher.
- Navigate to the "mods" folder.
- Copy the ItemFinder jar to the mods folder in your Minecraft directory.
Pixelmon launcher
If you are using Pixelmon version 4.0.8, temporarily downgrade your version to 4.0.7 before following the steps below. You may switch your version back to Pixelmon 4.0.8 after installing ItemFinder.
- Edit your profile and choose the "Add Official Side-Mod" option.
- Select ItemFinder from the list.
Overview
ItemFinder adds Poké Balls, Master Balls, Rare Candies, and evolution stones to chests in generated Minecraft structures, including:
- Abandoned mine shafts
- Bonus chests
- Desert temples
- Dungeons
- Jungle temples
- Nether fortresses
- Strongholds
- Villages
Locations
Different items only spawn in certain structures.

Commands
- /ifreload: Reloads ItemFinder's config file for the world, allowing newly generated chests to use the updated config settings.
Config settings
- Chest loot: Settings for the maximum stack size of each item that can occur in chests.
- Custom loot rarity: Settings for determining the relative rarity of items compared to other items that can spawn in chests.
- Preset option 1: Allows Poké Balls, Master Balls, and Rare Candies to spawn with preset rarities.
- Should custom values be used?: Allows Poké Balls, Rare Candies, and evolution stones to spawn with rarities set in the config file.
