Iron ingots can be obtained from smelting iron ore, as drops from many wild Steel-type Pokémon, or from Forage.
Iron ingots are needed to craft a variety of different items in Pixelmon, including healers, anvils, iron discs, iron hammers, Wailmer Pails, both types of running boots, and several decorative blocks. Move tutors also sometimes require iron ingots as payment for their services.
