Kakuna is a dual-type Bug/Poison Pokémon. It evolves from Weedle starting at level 7 and evolves into Beedrill starting at level 10.

Kakuna is a yellow cocoon shaped Pokémon. It has a round, dome-shaped head, and black eyes, shaped like triangles. It also has two scythe-like arms in the middle of its body.

While awaiting evolution, Kakuna hides from predators under leaves and in nooks of branches. If needed, Kakuna can defend itself with its poisonous barbs. When it is ready to evolve, it gives off heat, making it slightly warm.
