Iron ingots can be obtained from smelting iron ore, as drops from many wild Steel-type Pokémon, or from Forage.
Iron ingots are needed to craft a variety of different items in Pixelmon, including healers, anvils, iron discs, iron hammers, Wailmer Pails, both types of running boots, and several decorative blocks.
