For information on redstone in vanilla Minecraft, see this page.
Redstone is obtained from mining redstone ore or with Forage. It is also dropped by many wild Electric-type Pokémon (and a few other Pokémon). It is needed to craft various machines in Pixelmon, including PCs, Fossil cleaners, Fossil machines, trade machines, cloning machines, and Itemfinders.
