Telekinesis is a Psychic-type move that raises the opponent into the air for three turns. While the opponent is in the air, the opponent is immune to Ground-type moves, and all other moves (except one-hit KO moves) will hit the opponent 100% of the time. Telekinesis can be taught via TM19.
