The fisherman is an NPC Water-type trainer that uses Water-type Pokémon ranging from level 23-37. Fishermen have two possible outfits, although this difference is only aesthetic. They can be found in Beach, Cold Beach, Deep Ocean, Ocean, River, and Stone Beach biomes.
