A Metal Coat is a held item that boosts the power of Steel-type moves by 1.2x. If Scyther holds a Metal Coat while being traded, it will evolve into Scizor, and the Metal Coat will be consumed. It can be obtained as a drop from Boss Pokémon or as loot from PokéLoot Chests.
Unimplemented
- Steelix is not yet in Pixelmon, so nothing will happen if Onix is traded while holding a Metal Coat.
