Baton Pass is a Normal-type move that will switch out the user for another Pokémon of the trainer's choosing, passing to that Pokémon all stat increases or decreases and most conditions that would normally be lost upon switching out, including confusion, Curse, Embargo, Encore, Foresight/Odor Sleuth, Heal Block, Leech Seed, Minimize, Nightmare, Perish Song, Substitute, Taunt, and Torment, with the exception of Attract and trapping moves like Mean Look or Fire Spin.
